Bradwell Manor Farmhouse & Church Barn
This rural development includes two distinct projects within Bradwell Village: a heritage-led restoration of a Grade II listed 17th-century stone farmhouse (on the market), and a completed EPC A-rated barn conversion designed with modern, low-energy performance in mind (sold). Together, they showcase how Pauley Properties identifies unique sites with strong potential and enables high-quality residential outcomes through thoughtful design, planning expertise and sensitive redevelopment.

Broughton New Builds
Located in Broughton, Milton Keynes, this project involved transforming a residential plot into a pair of contemporary new homes. Pauley Properties identified the development potential of the site, enabling a sensitive redesign that introduced modern, efficient living spaces within an established neighbourhood. The project demonstrates our ability to unlock value from underutilised plots and support the full journey from site appraisal through to successful residential outcomes.
